Ticket Refund Terms and Conditions for Events at OXA Beach Koh Phangan

  1. Refund Eligibility

1.1. Tickets are eligible for a refund under the following conditions: 

  1. The event for which the ticket was purchased is canceled, rescheduled, or significantly modified (6.). 
  2. The ticket holder is unable to attend the event due to a valid and documented reason (e.g., illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances). 
  3. The ticket is unused and in good condition. For hardcover tickets, they must be free from any damage and clearly legible/identifiable. 
  4. Refunds for hardcover tickets may also be subject to the policies of the seller from whom the ticket was originally purchased. If the seller declines to refund the ticket, we may not be able to provide a refund either.

1.2. Refund eligibility criteria may vary depending on the event, venue, and ticket type.


  1. Refund Request Process

2.1. To request a refund, the ticket holder must: 

  1. Contact us through our social media platforms or email (see 9.) within a maximum time frame of 3 days from the date of the canceled event. 
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as the ticket order number or confirmation email.

2.2. For hardcover tickets: 

  1. The ticket holder must first contact the original seller from whom the ticket was purchased regarding the refund request. 
  2. If the seller agrees to refund the ticket, the refund process will be handled by the seller directly. 
  3. If the seller declines the refund request, we may not be able to provide a refund for hardcover tickets.


  1. Refund Processing

3.1. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the ticket purchase.

3.2. Processing times for refunds may vary and are subject to the policies of the event organizer or ticketing platform.


  1. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

4.1. In the event of an event cancellation, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price, excluding any applicable service fees.

4.2. If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders will typically have the option to: 

  1. Attend the rescheduled event with their existing tickets or secure a spot on the guest list for the rescheduled event if using their existing tickets is not feasible. 


  1. No-Show Policy

5.1. Ticket holders who fail to attend the event without a valid reason, as determined by the event organizer, may not be eligible for a refund.

5.2. Weather conditions such as rain, which do not pose a safety hazard due to the event’s partly rain-covered venue, will not be considered a valid reason for a no-show. 

5.3. In the event of hazardous weather conditions, such as a strong storm or other safety concerns, leading to the cancellation of the event for the safety of attendees, tickets will not be refunded. Instead, ticket holders may have the option to secure a spot on the guest list for another event, subject to availability, and provided they reach out to the event organizer within 3 days of the canceled event date and provide all necessary information, including their names.


  1. Event Modification

6.1. If an event undergoes significant changes, such as changes of date or venue, ticket holders may be eligible for refunds or other compensation.

6.2. Changes to opening/closing times and artist line-up, while important, are not considered significant changes for the purpose of refunds.


  1. Transferability and Name Changes

7.1. To transfer an online ticket to another person, the ticket holder must send the online ticket, including the QR code, to the recipient. Name changes are not possible, and tickets are valid without name changes. 

7.2. For hardcover tickets, ticket holders can simply give them to anyone.

Please note that transferred tickets are not eligible for refunds.

8.1. The event organizer and ticket seller for hardcover tickets reserve the right to amend these refund terms and conditions at their discretion. Ticket holders are encouraged to review these terms before purchasing tickets.
